Alia Room Furnishings is a division of Alia Room Designs, an interior design firm located in Coppell, Texas. Our products come from exquisite showrooms open to the trade only in major merchandise market centers in all the key regional and national venues, and include a full spectrum of decorative accessories including statuettes, wall decor, framed art and mirrors, sculpture, lighting and a variety of furniture. You may have seen our products in retail outlets like Horchow, Neiman Marcus, Saks, and other high-end boutiques across the country and around the world. Typically, products like ours are marked up by the retailer anywhere from 45-200%. Alia is pleased to be able to offer you stunning, top quality products at just 20% over our cost.
OUR PRODUCTS ARE TYPICALLY LIMITED IN QUANTITY. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER WILL BE IN STOCK WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.

You Need to Know
Buying wholesale is a much different experience than making a purchase from a retail store. When retailers purchase their inventory, it is shipped by freight directly from the manufacturer/distributor to the store or its warehouse. Store personnel unpack and install the shelves, table legs, etc. When you buy through Alia, you will be receiving your product directly from the wholesaler as well. All products will need to be unpacked. MOST products need very little assembly, if any. A few products will need quite a bit of assembly.
Additional Discounts
When buying wholesale, your savings increase with the number of products that you purchase. We are pleased to be able to offer you additional savings as follows:
Customer Rewards Saving Levels
3 to 5 items = 5%
6 to 9 items = 7.5%
10 to 15 items = 10%
16 to 19 items = 12.5%
20+ items = 15%
Shipping Costs
Up to $100 = $8.95
$100-$200 = $11.95
$200-$300 = $14.95
$300-$400 = $17.95
$400-$499 = $22.95
$500+ FREE
Large items (anything that cannot be delivered by FEDEX) may be subject to an additional $75 freight/truck fee. You will be billed separately for the freight charge. NOTE: The $75 freight charge applies to an unlimited number of items. Special services (fork lift, white glove) will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Shipping and Return Policy
All products are inspected before packing and are packed with the utmost care using specially engineered packing materials and extra strength boxes to protect them during normal shipping. Our packing crews personally sign each shipment; look for this notice on the outside of the box.
When you receive your order, you should always inspect the packaging for any signs of damages and report them on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. We ask that you inspect your merchandise promptly upon receipt of goods and report any damages or discrepancies to Alia Room Furnishings within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Any damages reported after 72 hours will not be processed. Please keep your original packaging to re-pack the damaged item for pick-up. All returns must be packed and include a RMA# issued by Alia. We will ship out a replacement for the damaged product immediately, or as it becomes available. If the item is a phase out/overstock item that is no longer carried, we will issue a credit to your account.
Items Returned with No Damage
Standard items are returnable for credit towards future orders within 5 days of the shipping date. All returned merchandise must have a RMA#. All returns must be in salable condition and a 20% restocking fee will be charged against the credit and applicable freight charges. Any and all returned merchandise must be returned in the original shipping containers.
